Save time! Print out these Registration Forms and bring them to the first MOPS meeting or email them to cefcmops@gmail.com. There is a form for you (the mom) and for your children who are attending MOPS (please print one form for each child). Turn in your form outside of the meeting room and your childrens' forms to the MOPPETS Coordinator stationed by the MOPPETS rooms.
