1 lb. wieners, sliced
1 can pork and beans
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 (7.5 oz) can Pillsbury refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Combine wieners, pork and beans, onion, ketchup and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Spoon hot bean mixture into 8 inch square baking dish. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Arrange biscuits on top of bean mixture, around the edge. Sprinkle biscuits with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
